I ordered from Wrappz and it was okay overall. The design looked good and the order did arrive, but I expected a faster response and quicker delivery. The fit also wasn’t completely perfect, which was a bit disappointing for the price. It’s not a bad experience, but I was hoping for a little more. I’d maybe use them again if I really needed to.

I ordered a custom phone case from wrappz.com, the colors came out pretty much exactly like the image I uploaded. I was a bit worried it might print darker or look off... but nope, it turned out really well. Super happy with it!

The return itself was handled fine, but I did get frustrated waiting around for the refund to come through. It eventually showed up, so everything worked out in the end, but the delay was annoying

Using the site was frustrating. The checkout process kept confusing me and I had to keep going back to figure out what was happening. I really wish I’d read the reviews first because I probably would’ve saved myself the hassle.

I was a little disappointed with how this turned out. From what I remember, prints like this usually look sharper and have more vibrant color, but this one came out kind of dull and the image didn’t look as crisp as I was expecting.

I tried using a promo code on Wrappz because the offer sounded decent, and at first it looked like the discount had applied. But by the time I got to checkout, it had basically vanished. It wasn’t a massive amount of money, but the way it was worded made it seem like I’d actually be getting the deal, which is what convinced me to order in the first place. Customer service wasn’t much help either, so overall it just felt a bit misleading and frustrating. I wouldn’t bother waiting around for their deals again.

I didn’t hear anything back for a few days, which was annoying because I wasn’t trying to be difficult, I just wanted a clear answer before it got too far along. When they finally replied, the message was short and didn’t really answer what I’d asked, so I ended up having to send another email.
The case turned out okay in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything. But the support side felt slow and a bit frustrating, especially when I felt like my question was reasonable. I’d probably think twice about ordering again if I needed quick help.

The material has a good feel to it, like nice in the hand and not cheap feeling. It’s not perfect or anything, but overall I think it feels good enough and I’m okay with it
